Instagram Sum-Up

My instagram sum-up – what’s been going on in the month of December (and a little of November); _oneatatime

I’ve always wanted to try having brunch at the Drake Cake. Finally did!

Everyday when I take the streetcar to work, I’d pass by this. Never had the chance to take a picture until brunch. Apparently this will be how my love story starts..

Demetres! My dessert place in Etobicoke!

Even when checked in at the Westin and having my stayacation, I’m still working on the blog.

The first set of gifts I opened on Christmas Day. I didn’t spend Christmas with the family so I opened up the gifts that were given to me from work.

At the airport heading off to Boston! Peace out!

Finally got to see some Christmas decorations around the house. The colour theme changes every year.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone!

I’m excited to share with you guys that in the last couple of days I’ve been working on giving my blog a complete makeover! I bought the domain oneatatime.ca back in October and was waiting for my blog to turn 1 to make the big announcement, but since it’s a new year, I figured, this would be more fitting. So starting from today on, I will no longer be updating from this blog anymore but from my new website, oneatatime.ca! So if you guys love what you see here, click on the big, bolded website link below! See you on the other side =)

xoxo,

Rose.

I’m away from Toronto and am in Worcester for the holidays! Well, only for 4 days cause I have to get back to work. BUT I got to getaway. Strangely enough, I’m really excited to be here. Maybe it’s because I needed to go away or because I’m going to a Patriots game tomorrow!!!! Yes I’m a football fan. It started off as a Tom Brady fan, but later turned in a football fan as I start to get and understand this sport. I don’t think anyone expected that of me since I’m too “girly”. Although, I do have to defend myself by saying that, I might have a girly style, it doesn’t mean I can’t be open to learning new things including sports and it doesn’t mean I can’t “look like a boy”. HA!

Onto the post! One more outfit left and I’ve completed this 9 pieces 10 outfit for the month! I didn’t know that even though there’s only 10 outfits, it took me a month to post them all. Talk about being really slow. Although I shoot more than one look in a day when I can, I don’t work on the posts unless I have a full day off or I have an early shift, therefore ending my work day at around 6 than would I work on posting the next outfit.

Honestly, all I do is layer. In order to make it through this, layering was my best friend. I don’t think people realize how versatile and/or practical our wardrobe is. I work in the fashion industry with stylists who dress people on a daily basis and it baffles me how little their clients know about style. They believe this one dress or one top can be only worn in this one way. It’s ridiculous! Repeat your style (not your outfit), there’s no shame to it. Change it up by wearing it different.

Rose.

Merry Christmas!

001

Before heading out to finish up some last minute Christmas stuff yesteday, a quick shoot happened! It would’ve been perfect to have some snow in the background, but unfortunately, it was kind of raining yesterday.

I wanted to have something Christmas/Holiday themed to post for today, so I pulled out this beautiful green Asos dress (curiosity of the sister), added some accessories and a tailored blazer and volia! Something that can be wore to a Christmas dinner.

Merry Christmas everyone!

xoxo,

Rose
